This is the story of when the coast came together to nurse a baby. The documentary is about the artist Brit Fuglevaag, who was evacuated as an infant from Kirkenes in 1939 after her mother died in childbirth. It was a dramatic journey where nursing women waited at every quay along the route to Trondhome.
